Essay due next Friday (Jan 17)

Your task is to discuss the process of Lactate and Ethanol Fermentation processes as a method of anaerobic cellular metabolism.  Be sure to cite your sources and include a handwritten diagram of both processes in your essay.  Good Luck!  I look forward to reading them!
